A prospective international football competition called the 2022 FIFA World Cup will take place in Qatar from November 20, 2022, to December 18, 2022. 32 teams in all will compete in the event; only Qatar qualified as the host nation, while the remaining 31 teams will be chosen based on the qualification process. The 32 teams will be split into 8 groups of four teams each, and 64 matches will be played throughout the tournament. The official roster for each qualified club will be released. Two lists—the Release list and the final list—are used to accomplish the same thing.
